Terms of Service
By using Vaultro, you agree to these terms. Vaultro is self-custody software and infrastructure, not a custodian or bank, so users remain responsible for how they hold, sign, and move their own assets.
Vaultro at a glance
1. Self-Custody Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your device security, local password, backup material, wallet addresses, signatures, and any secrets you choose to manage with Vaultro.
If you lose access to your device, seed phrase, recovery material, or local credentials, Vaultro may be technically unable to restore access for you.
- Vaultro does not hold your private keys or seed phrases.
- Vaultro does not reverse confirmed blockchain transactions.
- Vaultro cannot guarantee recovery if the required recovery material no longer exists.
2. Transaction Execution and Network Dependencies
Vaultro interacts with public blockchains, RPC providers, relayers, price services, bridges, liquidity venues, and other external infrastructure. Execution speed, finality, pricing, slippage, and availability can depend on those systems.
Vaultro supports seven mainnet networks and multiple client platforms, but no wallet can guarantee uninterrupted access across every chain, node, or external provider at every moment.
3. Fees, Third-Party Protocols, and Risks
Network fees, gasless fees, bridge fees, protocol fees, slippage, and token risk can apply depending on the action you take. Gasless support is designed to remove the need to hold extra native gas tokens in supported flows, but it does not mean every action is free under every condition.
Third-party smart contracts and liquidity sources may introduce additional risk. You are responsible for reviewing token addresses, recipients, prices, and any displayed fee information before confirming an action.
4. Acceptable Use and Eligibility
You agree not to use Vaultro for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, abuse, malware distribution, or attempts to interfere with infrastructure or other users.
- Use Vaultro only in jurisdictions where your activity is lawful.
- Do not impersonate support, publish fake download links, or abuse merchant/payment tooling.
- Do not attempt to bypass recovery, relayer, or service safety controls.
5. No Custody, No Advice, and Contact
Vaultro does not provide custody, fiduciary services, banking services, or financial advice. Nothing on the site, app, or related content should be treated as legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice.
If you need policy or support guidance, use official Vaultro channels. For privacy details, review the Privacy Policy and related pages linked below.
